IHI won an order of two SPB tanks for Floating LNG Storage & Regasification Unit from Chinese Wison Group
IHI Corporation (hereinafter called “IHI”) received an order for two “IHI-SPB” LNG tanks to be installed in the Floating LNG Storage & Regasification Unit (FSRU) from Wison Group of Shanghai, China (hereinafter called “Wison”) who is known as the largest private EPC contractor in China. These two tanks will be fabricated at the IHI’s Aichi Works and　delivered at Wison’s Nantong shipyard in the second half of 2015.

LNG Storage Tanks installed in the World’s First FLNG
Wison Offshore & Marine Ltd. (“Wison Offshore & Marine”) announces today that it successfully completed the installation of the three LNG storage tanks into the hull of the Caribbean FLNG project, reaching a significant milestone in the delivery of the world’s first floating LNG production unit . Wison Wins Another Procurement and Construction Contract for Puerto La Cruz Refinery Deep Conversion
Wison Engineering Services Co. Ltd. (“Wison Engineering” or the “Company”, SEHK stock code: 2236, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), announced today that Wison Engineering Ltd., an indirectly non wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company was awarded a procurement and construction contract by PDVSA Petroleo, S.A. (“PDVSA”) for the site preparation for the Puerto la Cruz oil refinery Deep Conversion Project in Venezuela. This is the largest oil refinery PC project in Latin America acquired by Chinese enterprise to date. The total contract value amounts to approximately USD834million. The project is expected to be completed in 12 months after commencement of work.

Wison Engineering Successfully Completes Delivery of Six Projects of Integrated Refinery and Petrochemical Complex
Wison Engineering Services Co. Ltd. Wison wins Puerto la Cruz oil refinery in Venezuela
Wison Engineering Ltd. (“Wison Engineering”), China’s largest private sector chemical engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) service provider has been officially awarded an EPC contract today by PDVSA Petroleo, S.A. (PDVSA), Venezuela’s state-run oil company, at the Puerto la Cruz oil refinery.

Wison Offshore & Marine Announces Award for the construction of the World’s First Floating LNG Liquefaction Unit
Shanghai-based Wison Offshore & Marine Ltd., a subsidiary of the Wison Group, announced today the successful award of a contract by the Exmar group for the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) of the world's first Floating LNG Liquefaction, Regasification and Storage Unit (FLRSU). The facility will be used by Exmar under a Build, Own, and Operate contract with Pacific Rubiales Energy Corporation, and located on the Caribbean coast offshore Colombia. Commercial operations are planned to commence from the fourth quarter of 2014.
