Wood Group Mustang awarded detailed engineering for Ivar Aasen Platform, Offshore Norway
Wood Group Mustang has been awarded the topsides detailed engineering and design of an offshore oil & gas production facility that will be operated by Det norske. The facility will be located in the Ivar Aasen field, which is in the North Sea Norwegian Sector. The contract was awarded to Wood Group Mustang by SMOE, the Singapore-based engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor for the project.

Wood Group Kenny in Indonesia awarded subsea feed for INPEX Abadi LNG project
Wood Group Kenny has been awarded an $8.6 million contract by INPEX Masela, Ltd. (INPEX), a subsidiary of INPEX CORPORATION, to carry out the front end engineering and design (FEED) of the major subsea production facilities for the Abadi LNG (liquefied natural gas) project in Indonesia. The Abadi LNG project will involve the construction of a floating LNG (FLNG) plant which will produce 2.5 million tonnes per annum for the first stage of development of the Abadi gas field located in the Masela Block in Arafura Sea, Indonesia.

Wood Group PSN (WGPSN) has secured a US$50 million contract with Nexen Petroleum UK Limited to carry out the hook-up and commissioning of the Golden Eagle Area Development (GEAD) project in the UK North Sea.

Wood Group Integrity Management (WGIM), part of Wood Group Kenny, has been awarded a significant contract by CNR International (UK) Limited (CNRI) to provide Pipeline Integrity Management and Support Services for CNRI's UKCS assets which include Ninian, Lyell, Tiffany, Toni, Thelma and Murchison. The contract will initially run for three years with options for the term to extend.

Wood Group acquisition of Mitchell's Oil Field Services significantly increases presence in US Bakken shale region
Wood Group has agreed to acquire Mitchell's Oil Field Services, Inc. (''Mitchell's''), a provider of maintenance, installation and fabrication services in the oil-rich Bakken shale region for an initial consideration of $135m. Further earn out payments due in the period to 2015 based on Mitchell's future performance may be payable. The acquisition is expected to be earnings enhancing from completion.
