Wood Group announces acquisition of PSN
John Wood Group PLC (“Wood Group”), the international energy services company, has entered into an agreement to acquire PSN Limited (“PSN”) for a total enterprise value of US$955 million (the “Acquisition”). PSN will merge with Wood Group’s Production Facilities business to create the leading global brownfield production services provider, Wood Group PSN.

Alliance Engineering awarded South Nemba Auxiliary project, offshore Angola
Wood Group's Alliance Engineering has been selected by EPC contractor Daewoo Shipping and Marine Engineering (DSME) to provide jacket and topsides engineering and design for Chevron's South Nemba Auxiliary (SNX) project. The SNX project is located offshore West Africa in Angola's Nemba field, in water approximately 380 feet deep.

Wood Group wins Eni Australia contract
Wood Group, the international energy services company, among others, has been selected by Eni to provide long term engineering services to support Eni’s Australian assets, including Blacktip, Woollybutt and the upcoming Kitan development. Work will be performed at Wood Group’s Perth and Darwin offices.

Wood Group Awarded Five Year Operations and Maintenance Contract for FPSO Sevan Voyageur on Huntington field
Wood Group has been awarded a five year operations and maintenance contract by Sevan Marine to provide asset management services for the FPSO Sevan Voyageur (Floating Production Storage & Offloading) on the Huntington field in the UK central North Sea.

Wood Group awarded a 3-year contract extension by Hess Limited
Wood Group has been reappointed for three years as the prime contractor by Hess Limited and co-venturers to provide operations & maintenance services to the Triton FPSO operating in the Bittern, and Greater Guillemot Area, located 140 miles east of Aberdeen. The contract also has three further one-year extension options and is estimated to be worth up to £50million per year.
